The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast is a community coalition building a better Brevard through economic development. We do this by offering a variety of services to site selectors and local and incoming businesses. These include:
Customized Data Services
The EDC will provide your company with proprietary market research and analysis including: comparative analysis of real estate, labor market, utility, transportation and tax costs.
Site Selection Assistance
From large high-tech manufacturing facilities to small office buildings, the EDC has access to current market availability and can help you choose the ideal location for your business.
Financial Assistance
We will work to ensure all avenues to lower operating costs – including state and local incentives, grants and other support applicable – are known and applied for the benefit of new projects.
Access
Through partnerships with the state, county, cities and our coalition of 55,000 strong, the EDC ensures your company receives access to the people you need, from elected officials to companies doing business in your industry.
Workforce Recruitment and Training
We can assist your company in finding and training employees by coordinating involvement with appropriate educational institutions and government entities.
Confidentiality
We understand that for any number of reasons the confidentiality of your information is important. Your project will be assigned a specific Project Manager with business expertise in your industry area as well as project code name and number that will be used throughout the investigation process.
