The EDC is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you complete forms or register for an event. Your information is utilized to contact you directly regarding your request or registration. We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information.
Security Policy
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, EDC adheres to the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information collected online.
Any time credit card information is captured on the site; a secure connection is established using a Secure Certificate (SSL) from GoDaddy before any data is captured. A visual indicator (usually a Lock) will be displayed in your browser to identify that the site is using a secure connection. EDC does not maintain an on-going record of credit card information.
Refund Policy
The EDC provides a full refund for registration fees paid if a cancellation is received within 24 hours of the event. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of registration within five (5) business days of the notice of cancellation.
